Fuel Selector Switch
The fuel selector switch is located in the centre console forward of the ‘T’bar gear selector. The switch has 2 main positions: LPG and Petrol (ULP). When running on LPG the switch will show a light indicating that the vehicle is in LPG mode, and vice versa for petrol operation. The vehicle will operate solely on the fuel selected via the fuel selection switch - petrol (ULP) or LPG.
Fuel Gauge (Interface)
The level of LPG is measured using the existing petrol gauge on the dash of the vehicle. This is referred to as an interface gauge, where the one
gauge measures 2 different fuels, depending on the fuel operation of the vehicle at the time. During LPG operation, the fuel gauge will show the level of LPG in the LPG storage cylinder; the same gauge will show the remaining petrol in the petrol tank when operating on petrol (ULP).

Cylinder Location
 |
SEDAN There are two options available:
1. The cylinder is located behind the rear seat squab. This cylinder gives you 52 useable litres of LPG; or
2. A toroidal cylinder can be located in the spare wheel well and gives you 68 useable litres of LPG. The spare wheel is then mounted on a bracket in the boot.

WAGON

The spare wheel is relocated to the drivers side of the rear cargo area, using an upright engineered vehicle specific wheel bracket. The size of the wagon cargo area, and the cylinder location, still provides the driver with roomy luggage and cargo accommodation.

UTILITY
Mid mount cylinder location, where the LPG storage cylinder is mounted under the vehicle in the middle, holding a useable 60 litres of LPG. |
